These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, quotes, enquiries and use of the Deneb Supply Ltd website.
Deneb Supply Ltd supplies machinery and truck parts including engines, injectors, gearboxes, turbochargers, hydraulic components and related diesel engine parts.
By requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Quotes, Prices and Availability
All prices shown on our website, listings, or quotes are indicative unless confirmed in writing.
Final price may depend on the exact part number, product condition, quantity, supplier stock, freight cost and availability.
Availability may change without notice, as some parts are supplied from local and international stock.
2. Compatibility & Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct information before ordering, including part numbers, engine plate numbers, machine model, vehicle details, chassis number or VIN where required.
Deneb Supply Ltd can assist with compatibility checks, but we rely on the information provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for incorrect orders where incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied.
3. Product Condition
Products may be new, used, second-hand, refurbished, rebuilt or supplied as tested used units, depending on the specific listing, quote or order confirmation.
The product condition will be stated where possible before purchase.
Used and second-hand parts may show normal signs of previous use, storage, handling or transport.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For some products, a deposit or full payment may be required before the order is processed.
If an item becomes unavailable after payment, Deneb Supply Ltd will contact the customer to discuss available options, including alternative parts or a refund where applicable.
5. Delivery and Freight
Delivery times shown on our website, listings or quotes are estimates only.
Deneb Supply Ltd will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery within the stated timeframe, however delays may occur due to supplier stock, freight companies, customs clearance, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods may pass to the customer once the goods are handed over to the courier, freight company or transport provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranty and Returns
Warranty terms may vary depending on the product, condition, supplier terms and whether the part is new, used, refurbished or second-hand.
Any warranty offered will be confirmed in the listing, quote, invoice or written order confirmation.
Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, incorrect diagnosis, misuse, damage during fitting, labour costs, transport costs, downtime, loss of income or other indirect costs, unless required by law.
Returns must be discussed with Deneb Supply Ltd before any item is sent back.
7. Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or remove any rights the customer may have under New Zealand law, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
Where goods are purchased for business or commercial use, different rules may apply where permitted by law.
Deneb Supply Ltd will handle valid warranty, return or consumer law claims in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Deneb Supply Ltd is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect installation, incorrect diagnosis, unsuitable application, misuse, modification, lack of maintenance or damage caused after delivery.
To the extent allowed by law, Deneb Supply Ltd is not liable for labour costs, workshop costs, vehicle or machine downtime, loss of income, loss of profit or other indirect costs.
This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.
9. Product Information and Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information, descriptions, images and availability shown on our website are accurate.
Images may be for reference only and may not always show the exact item supplied, unless confirmed in writing.
Deneb Supply Ltd may update, change or remove website content, products or listings at any time without notice.
10. Installation and Use
All parts must be installed by a suitably qualified mechanic, technician or workshop.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the part is suitable for the intended application before installation.
Deneb Supply Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting, incorrect setup, lack of required programming, failure to replace related components, or failure to follow manufacturer procedures.
